Malaysian satellite RazakSat was the first and only commercial contract launch of Falcon 1.
SpaceX Falcon 1 Flight 4 was the first successful orbital launch of a privately funded and developed, liquid-propelled carrier rocket. It Carried a RatSat (SpaceX) mass simulator to an altitude of 165 kg.
On August 2nd, 2008, the SpaceX Falcon 1 Flight 3 executed a picture-perfect first stage flight, ultimately reaching an altitude of 217 km, but encountered a problem just after stage separation that prevented the second stage from reaching orbit.
Successful first stage burn and transition to the second stage. A maximum altitude of 289 km. Harmonic oscillation at T+5 minutes. Premature engine shutdown at T+7 min 30 seconds led to a failure to reach orbit. SpaceX claimed a “Partial success” as it gathered enough data for operational flights.
The first launch of Falcon 1 from Kwajalein Atoll on 24 March 2006, 22:30 UTC. The engine failed at T+25 seconds resulting in the loss of the vehicle.
